As you can see from the screenshot I wish unregistered users will write eun could comment but that it not be published but must go in moderation, but now it does not, where am I wrong?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.
I've checked your site and it seems like your default guest user is under the "guest" user group instead of "public" user group, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-26_1607.png . I've set both public and guest user group in the comment moderation settings in your komento backend. It should working fine now.
But excuse me in setting that you say is set to the user has pubblic moderation, but in reality it is not because I just tried it and there is no moderation.
Where am I wrong?
