comment action toggle in stream es 1.2.19

Hi guys, currently the comment in the stream is set to show "more" text when it reaches the maximum text. However, users are unable to click to "more" text because of the comment action toggle on the right (see attachment) can this be fix?

I have updated this file /com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/comments/item.php to latest for you, kindly clear your browser's cache and check again.
