Do you mean the system throws you that warning when you trying to click the update button from the backend Easyblog dashboard page?

If yes, it probably is because last time you installed Easyblog on your site it still stored the old Easyblog license key.

Can you try manually download the latest launcher installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload this launcher installer through your site backend installer page and proceed with the installation?

If you are still unable to update it, can you update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
