How can I remove or change the content/easysocial logo that appears in confirmation emails and email correspondence to users? I would like to change the appearance as my members are getting confused. Thanks!

So I changed the logo image at: /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/images/emails/logo.png

The logo changes on the confirmation email sent to me (administrator) but not the person who filled out the registration form..their confirmation email still has the EasySocial logo..thoughts?

Hey Peter,

They are all actually sharing the same email template. Perhaps the mail client is caching the image?

This seems to be not cooperating again w/ Easy Social logo. I changed the logo.png with the path above via ftp..confirmed it was changed, restarted computer, flushed cache on browser and host (site ground) but the ES logo still shows. Does that logo pull from anywhere else?

Hi Peter,

Hm, both of the email are actually sharing the email logo and it should be working correctly. Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check it directly on your site?

OK, so this issue comes back with the new release (which makes sense because the logo.png is in the wireframes directory) but I dont see the .../elegant/images/email path.. where do I change the email logo in the new release/theme?

Hi Peter,

Elegant themes is using the same logo from wireframe themes. You can try to put the logo back inside your /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/images/emails/logo.png or you can also make a template override for it inside your /templates/[yourTemplates]/html/com_easyocial/emails/logo.png .
