Changing name in Edit Profile locks user out of backend

Hi Stackideas-

So this is an extremely extremely bizarre issue. However, if you change your name in the forum's Edit Profile, then you're locked out of the backend (assuming the user is a super admin).

I've given you Super Admin/ FTP info during the thread: http://stackideas.com/forums/a-way-to-show-user-type-site-admin,-premium-member,-etc, so please take a look for login info.

Also, please be sure to create a couple new usernames before doing this, otherwise you'll be locked out too.

It's really bizarre, and the issue is repeatable, so you should be able to see what I'm referring to. Please don't make any upgrades as we have a bit of customization in place.
