Actually what you referring on this? Because it seems like the code is come from the Joomla template isis/protostar is not come from the Easydiscuss.
If yes, you can go to this few file below :
JoomlaFolder\templates\protostar\error.php -> LINE 84
JoomlaFolder\templates\isis\error.php -> LINE 90
JoomlaFolder\templates\protostar\index.php -> LINE 92
