How do I enable option for users to change Account Basic Details in front end? I don't believe the options show.

I'm sorry but I can't access your FTP. However, I've rechecked the page and found out that this CSS file that causing the issue: http://screencast.com/t/dgzIZA0nh . As you can see, I've tried to disable the styling and the profile section is displayed correctly. You might want to consukt with the template developer about this issue.
I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The site is actually loading extremely slow for me here, are you experiencing the same issue? Loading the administration login page itself took close to 10 minutes
No. Please try again. It loads in less than a second. It's possible maintenance was being done at the time or I could have made same modifications in the transition of trouble shooting.
Just sent added it. Please let me know what you find. I believe it's like someone mentioned in a previous post and has something to do with the div. I used inspect element and saw items reside in the Account Basic Settings but unfortunately can't see them. Not sure how to resolve easily.
Thank you!! That actually worked. I only needed to comment out font size, visibility, and height. By doing so doesn't seem to ruin my site, so this is a viable solution.
