Hi, my cb profile picture is not showing on the comments for Komento. Can you help me figure out why? I have cb selected in the Komento admin area so I don't know what else to do besides that.

my subscription was purchased a couple years ago. So I dont have a current subscription. You can't see my past history of subscriptions and purchases?

Sorry for the confusions but our support is only for users with a valid subscription. If you do not have an active subscription, you will need to renew them to continuously be able to access to our support.

So you can't even point me in the right direction of why your free komento doesn't properly integrate with the community builder profile page? Why would I ever buy the paid version if the free version doesn't seem to work and no one is interested in telling me or guiding me of how it could work. Shouldn't the free version work? Do I have to pay for the subscription before komento works properly with cb?

Komento will work fine with CB but I am guessing that you have a misconfiguration which caused it to not work The only way for us to test / check this is to access your site to debug this issue.
