Category Privacy conflict with JS Activity Stream

hi, if i change Categorie Privacy from "Viewable by all Users" to "Assigned Joomla Usergroup" and mark all showed fields for "View the blog posts" and "During blog creation / edit" then is for Usertype Author after Blog Update no JS Activity stream created. if i set it back to "Viewable by all Users" then it works.

Settings > Integrations > General > Integrate with JomSocial privacy: is set to no

is this a bug or have i missed a setting in my 3.9.19775`?
This is the default behavior of EasyBlog. There is no way to control whether the stream should appear or not in Jomsocial. The only way we can detect is prior to generating the stream, we check if there's any custom privacy is set for the post. If it is a custom privacy, then we will always not publish this on Jomsocial. In short, the stream items would only be pushed to jomsocial when it is public.

With EasySocial, we can control this in the app so that the stream item would only be visible when the user really has access to view the stream.
