Hi

I am trying to hide some of the elements in the Category view.

See attached screen shots where I have turned off display of everything from Category view but am still seeing elements displayed on front end.

Thanks
Peter
Hi Peter,
It seems that you are still using EB old version(5.0.30). May I have your permission to update your EasyBlog to the latest version(5.0.36)?
Before you give me your permission, you should do a full backup of your site in case you did any customization to your site before this.

Hi Raymond

Do you need to do the upgrade for me? Or can I perform the upgrade myself via the EasyBlog dashboard (see attached)?

Thanks
Peter

Hi Peter,
I have completed the updating process successfully without issues. Also, the category layout settings seems to be working properly now. Check it out and let me know, thanks.

Hi

Thanks. Category Layout looks fine.

Have now tried to apply same settings for Author layout to hide "Show Subscribe" and "Show Subscribe RSS" options but back end settings do not allow me to turn these off?

Thanks
Peter

I have just noticed another issue since the upgrade. Previously my images were spanning properly on the page. Now their width seems to be calculated in a different way. See attached screen shot.

Previously (on left hand side of screen shot) width was being set to 100%
No (on right hand side of screen shot) width is being set to 480px

Can you tell me where in the PHP this has changed?

Anyway, thanks for updating and we're glad that your issue is solved.
