cant upgrade to 1.3.10 !

Hi every body, i cant upgrade from to 1.3.10, i have v 1.3.8 installed !
with the two methods it return error

Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file

any body have the same issue ?
It wouldn't install for me either but it did install when I downloaded the update and installed it using Joomla extension manager.

One problem though is that none of the blue question marks works any more to give some explanation -mouse over or clicking the question mark does nothing after the update.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have just tried to login to your site and tried to upgrade to 1.3.10 and it seems to be working fine for me here. I did not hit any errors during the installation.

Not much of a delay so no problem. The mouse over tooltips are now working. Thanks.
