I have another problem on a differnt website.
If I want to go into the settings, I get the error message:

500 Layout „default_main_subscriptions_bootstrap“

It seems like you are requesting support for another domain?

Because I've checked your current subscription is only purchased PRO license which only request support 1 domain.

If that was my mistake, perhaps you can provide us with your order reference and username details so we can better have a look.
