Cannot remove id from permalink

Hi,

I'm having difficulty to remove the ID from Ed permalink post.
When editing post, emptying or changing permalink still keeping the ID.
When looking in phpmyadmin, there is no duplicate post, but the ID cannot be removed.

The reason why you can't rename that post alias to 'configuration' is that you already have a configuration tag alias created.

That's new info, didn't aware tag is sharing permalink with post. Thanks

By the way, it's 'congratulations', not 'configuration'
