Hi

I am unable to login or download EasyDiscuss since purchasing the extension in December last year. See here - previous question

I have today created a new login, but I receive no confirmation as to what my username is either. Is username = email address?

Could you please link my purchase from last year with this new account?

Please do not close this question until I confirm that I can login and download.

Thank you for your response. Don't worry, we will not close this ticket until we have a better ways of communicating OR until we solve your problem.

All of our emails are under "@stackideas.com", with the ones I used to reply to your ticket as "support@stackideas.com". Meanwhile, I've sent you the credentials using my very personal email, can you verify that you have received an email from me?

I've checked your ticket record with us, and it appears that on the 15th of December 2014, I have provided you with your access via your ticket (ticket # : 32870). Would you be kind enough to check and verify that you have received (or have not received) my response to your ticket?

I've also noticed that you've started another ticket with us today (ticket # : 37666), to which I have successfully replied to. Would it be alright if we chose one communication method that you are comfortable with? Multiple communication channels might slow down responses and triggers confusions.

I did see your response to my last forum post, but I still have no emails from Stack Ideas and after you responded last time, I was unable to login again, so I have created a new login again.

Please let me know the email address responses would be sent from and I will check our server mail log to see if I can figure out why I am not receiving any emails from stack ideas.

Could you please contact me via phone +61402133797, or associate my purchase from last year with this login so I can download it?
Please do not close this forum post as it is the only way I can communicate with you at present.

I have received your email and confirm I can now login and download.

I notice that stackideas.com mx is blacklisted.
This is probably why I am not receiving the emails as we run a mail filter that prevents mail delivery from blacklisted servers.
