I am trying to create a module for displaying easydiscuss featured posts and I cannot locate that module. Is there a place where I can download it? Is there a place on your site where I can download all modules and plugins for easydiscuss?

You can download all modules from here: http://stackideas.com/downloads/modules and you can try to install mod_recentdiscussions which you can filter by featured post. Please give it a try.
You can actually use the "Recent Discussions" module and configure the module to only filter featured posts as you can see from my screen shot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-11-01_1511.png
