We had to reinstall all our code on our server. Running Joomla 3.6.2. I went to reinstall Easy Discuss and got this error:

The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.

Maybe you still using your expired license number rather than new license number or
Can you provide us with your FTP and Backend access to perform installation for you?

I regenerated my API key. That seemed to do the trick. Thanks, I would have never known it was a key issue. It is installed now.
