Cannot get out of update

I have recently completed and update and it performed successfully.

However when I sync my file system with my secondary server, easyblog wants to perform the update again. Even though I know the update has been completed.

What folder contains the trigger to run updates. I want to be able to delete whatever is trying to force the update to start again.
