I have renewd both EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss on May the second and I cannot download any of them. It is said that my subscription is expired.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as most of the team members are currently unavailable as we are attending a team building event over the weekend.
I have checked the orders and it seems like your order was made with a missing "parameter" the user info wasn't tied to the purchase some how.
