They currently don't have that option but they have the exact opposite.

For articles that you don't want to have Komento on just put the following tag on:

{KomentoDisable}

Not in the html btw.

If you download the latest version of Komento, you can actually enable the comments on specific categories. Just head on to the Integrations section at the back end of Komento, select Joomla articles for the component type and select the category that you want to enable Komento on
