Can't upload images - "File content may contain invalid codes"

I'm trying to upload a simple jpg image which is about 700k in size. This is the error I get:

"File content may contain invalid codes"

The image attached shows the error I get. Can someone please help me.

Can you upload that image file at here which hitting that error so we can try to reproduce on this? Please advise.
