Huntingp.com is defunct. I renewed to use on my own website - Javelin Communications.com. But there doesn't seem to be a way to reassign the license. So now the blog is broken and nonfunctional after a partial install. Please what do I need to do?
I hope it has not broken the whole website.
Where in my account can I reassign the domain? When I click on manage domains, it doesn't allow me to edit.
I get various error messages about MD5 hash - and that I don't have a subscription. Which I do.
I was to trying to update via network, but each time it froze. When I back out of install and went back to component in back end, blank screen.
Thank you as always,

Please do nothing for now. Attempting to update Easyblog crashed the entire website. I will not feel comfortable attempting this again myself. At least most of the site is restored. I can't understand why it would happen. I renewed, got receipt, put in the API key, hit Enter and poof. Was the snag that the subscription I renewed was tied to a defunct website? There was no way for me to update the domain. Clicking on "manage domains" - no dice. Could not change sub to javelincommunications.com. Should I have started all over with a new subscription? Is that the only way to assign domain? Please let me know.

Hey Jim,

As requested, i have already changed the support domain to: javelincommunications.com for your EasyBlog license. Kindly note that each Professional subcription only entiltles you for 1 support domain.

Thanks for understanding!

I understand, but not why I can't change the domain myself. Javelincommunications.com is our only active Easyblog site. There have been other installations but clients didn't keep them up. Thanks for changing this active account domain.

Hi there,

I understand, but not why I can't change the domain myself.

You can't change the domain yourself because your plan that is "Pro plan" only entitles you for 1 support domain only as stated by my colleague above. Thanks for understanding
