Hello

I'm getting bugs in all the ways I tried:
- Frontend, in "My Profile"
- Frontend, in "Edit Profile"
- Backend

For example in Edit Profile I get:
- A blank page when I click Save if I changed the Profile Picture
- An error when uploading a new Profile Cover (see attached ChangeProfileCoverError.PNG)

Thanks
Hi,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have tested your site by uploading new avatar and cover, from frontend and backend. It seem to be working as it should be. By the way about the compatibility issue, we already addressed this in the latest EasySocial v1.3.23 and since you're using the latest version, you shouldn't hit this.

Perhaps there are some cache on your site and browser. Can you try delete your site and browser cache and test this again.

Hope this helps.

It's probably throwing up some errors there. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You should be able to find this somewhere on your side as this info is in "Update Site Details" in FORUM TOOLS on my side

Yes, I am able to view the access but the site is password protected and there's no login credentials provided for that.

Hello Altitudes,

I am unable to replicate the upload issue in my local with the latest version of easysocial. By the way can you provide us with the site access in order for us to debug on the issue on your site? http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-26_1634.png

I am unable to find the correct access from your previous forum post and it actually took most of our time to find one. Hope you understand

Hello

Indeed the Super User account I gave you previously was not in the right Joomla User Group. Now it works. Sorry for that.

I am on Joomla 2.5 and maybe the Avatar/Cover problem is due to a compatibility issue.

Thanks

Hello

Yes it works now... but I really can't figure out what has changed that makes it work!

Thank you for your time.
