Can't figure out how to incorporate language pack for Komento

I am using free Komento on Joomla 3.5.1. I need the frontend comments forms to use Spanish, but leave the backend in English. I downloaded the Spanish language pack from your stackideas site. I installed it using the Joomla installer. But the language didn't change and I can't find anywhere in the backend to choose that language.

I would rather you tell me what to do than provide you with user access if at all possible.
