Can't edit biography info

Hia, We have a couple of issues really.
1. Can't edit biography info. Saves to "Hi Everyone" despite changing it.
2. Can't change ACL
We are running the latest version on 3.3.3

>>Try disable this option "Use JomSocial status in blogger's page" from your backend > Easyblog > setting > integration > Jomsocial tab

2. Can't change ACL

>>Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.
