Well, now it happens to me I don't know how, but it seems that I used a different e-mail adress for my order and my account.

The order locater says:
Great! We have found your order SI140511-7291-26110 and it is now linked to your account.


But if I try to download I get this message:
Opps! It seems that you don't have an active license. Get your license today!


My order: SI140511-7291-26110

Please help me

Can you please write to us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with your username / password on our site? I would like to test the order locator because it does seem to work fine here on my end.
