Can't change the order of ES User Profile Custom field steps

UI shows burgers that indicate I can drag and drop to change the order of steps, but it doesn't actually work, dragged steps stay in the same order

Got it working FYI, if you drag directly up and down, it doesnt work. If you move the dragged item over to the left a little the space to drop it into appears

I tried dragging directly up and down and I was able to order the steps without issue.
