Can someone please explain what "Moderation Threshold" does specifically?

This setting says it will "will set a limit for how many post from users are to be moderated." What does that mean, specifically? Does it set a number of posts from each specific user that will be moderated, and then subsequent ones won't be? Or does it put a cap on the total number of posts that can be in moderation at one time? or...?

Are you referring to EasyDiscuss? I just saw this while working on EasyDiscuss 4 and yes this is an extremely misleading settings.

Basically what this settings means is that when the user reaches this threshold, their posts will not be moderated any longer.
