Hi,
Today I updated my EasySocial to the latest version, but after I did that, I noticed that the "Select a country" option is no longer working! Please help me, as this is a required question, and I can't get a hold of my web developer to figure out how to fix this. It was working fine before I updated.

See the intake form here:

Best,
Kelly
Okay, I just figured out how to make it "not required" - but I still need the bug to be fixed, please. Thank you! -Kelly

Hello Kelly,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi Mark,
Yes, the login is at http://www.xxx.com/administrator/index.php and you can use these credentials:
user - xxx
pw - xxx

In addition to the "country" toggle not working, a few people who tried to register this week got an error that said "Invalid Token." My site was having this problem earlier this year (the "invalid token" response) and you guys looked into it and fixed it, saying that it was a bug on your end.

Thanks so much for your help, and please let me know what you find about the "country" question and the "invalid token" problem.

Best,
Kelly

Hi Arlex,
Sorry about that -- I guess I deleted the support account after the last issue was fixed. I just re-created it so you can log in to the back end.
xxxx

I'm the founder of this organization, not the web developer that we used to build the site, so I'm not really sure how to give you FTP access. But please log in to the backend and see if you can fix it without the FTP; meanwhile, I'll research how to give you FTP access.

Best,

Hello Kelly,

It looks like you have configured the country field to use the "Regions Database" but the Regions database isn't initialized yet. Hence, the country field isn't working. I have initialized the field and it works fine now

Hi Mark,
Thanks so much -- I see that it's working again. Since it was working fine before I updated EasySocial, why do you think it stopped working after I updated? And will I need to worry about this happening again the next time I update EasySocial? (I'm not tech-savvy, so please explain things to me as simply as possible).
Thanks,
Kelly

Hello Kelly Turner,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

You're welcome, I have tested in my locally, but i can't replicate on this issues even i did initialized the data from region page and created a new country, because the data is still there.

Keep us updated then if you getting same issues with this after you update to next version in the future.
