hi wudry,
in easyblog 5 you can choose the editor at: easyblog backend -> settings -> general -> composer

hope that helps

Hi
Awesome job with EB5!
I have a little issue however. My favourite editor is RokPad and I set that as the Composer Default.
Yet when I looked at some test posts I created they were all using the Built-in Easy Composer.
Then I realized if I created a new post then I could see RokPad in use.
So is this normal behaviour that the Composer editor choice setting is saved with the post data???

Hi Dan,

By right the blog post will always use the default editor that you are using during the creation of the blog post. For example when you edit a blog post that are created using easyblog built in composer, it will load the same built in composer even if you have set default composer to use another editor.

Setting the JCE Editor in the backend is not allowing users to see the JCE Editor on new blog post creations. What else needs to change, the site is set to JCE also as the Default editor.

Hi Mark,

Can you start a new thread and provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?
