can i turn off the email notiffications for all users never ever ?

hi
i dont want my site to send any notiffications to any user's email .
i want the action be just on the site .

((just notifications for likes , comments , tags , ......etc))

Hello Sofian,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. There's no real way to turn this off altogether unless you disable all the email options under the Alerts but this will only disable the option by default. The user might opt to enable this when they edit their alerts.
