Moving on to your inquiry, currently multi-lingual on profile field is not really support yet. Perhaps you can elaborate more on your ideas so that I can suggest a solution for you?

First of all thank you for the interest in our products. Based on your inquiry, easysocial does support multilanguage and the language can be set directly from the user itself during registration. All you need to do is install a multilanguage on your joomla site and add "Joomla Language" from the profile types custom field. After that, you are good to go.
