Hi

The some buttons on the toolbar when creating/editing a content are not working.
All the dropdowns are not working, link and image buttons are not working.

it seems that everything that demands a trigger, a new modal or window are failing.

Login data informed on Site Details on this post.

Thanks

Hi

I have revised the information. Please let me know what is not working for you, Joomla Admin or FTP.
Were you able to confirm the issue? You can create a new user if you want to test.
Admin login page is here: hamburguerama.com.br/administrator/

I'm using the latest version of Easyblog 5.

Thanks

Hello Ricardo,

Ah this is actually a known issue in easyblog 5.0.8 that you are currently using. Can you try to update your easyblog to the latest version (version 5.0.13) and see if the problem still persist?

Hello Ricardo,

Yes that is also a known issue in easyblog 5.0.8. To update the easyblog kindly download the latest installer from http://stackideas.com/dashboard and install it directly via extension manager. Perhaps if you do not mind I will perform the update for you instead? Please advise.

Could you please check that too?

Hi Ricardo Martins Sangion,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, it seems like when you open the composer from backend, it work fine.

By the way, I noticed is your current template causing this issues, if I tried to change your template to use "Wanderers", the drop down function is work fine in the Tiny-MCE, perhaps you can try consult with your current template provider regarding this?

Keep us updated then when your current template provider response to you.

Could you please share more details of the source of the problem so I can share with the template owner?

I can't see any errors appearing on console.

Changing to another template doesn't mean necessarily that the root cause is the current template.

Thanks

hi Ricardo Martins Sangion,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,

Actually that will not show out any error is most likely the css issues, take a look of my screenshot below.

You will see when you click on the dropdown button, it actually show out but for some reason get hidden.

If you switch your template to use Joomla default template or other template, it will work fine.

I also noticed your current template html tag is set to overflow-x: hidden; ,check my screenshot : http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-07-06_1410.png , but when i try change to overflow-x: visible; , the result still the same

Perhaps you can consult with your template provider regarding this and keep us updated what is their response?

Hi Arlex

I have another site using EasyBlog and the same error happens there. The Image dialog box for choosing a file on my harddisk does not appear.
It uses a different theme from YooTheme. The one that we were talking about was iReview, from Alexandro from jReviews.

I think that a component that does not work on 2 different themes, especially one that is pretty popular like YooTheme, can't just blame the Theme creators.

On http://www.brejas.com.br, even on the admin interface I can't use images. And it seems that the buttons to save the post are also gone, they don't appear.

EB 4 didn't have any of these recent problems. I believe that the solution should come from Stack Ideas and not from Theme creators.

Do you think that you could revisit your decision and investigate again a solution on your side?
Or take a look on what is happening on this second website, http://www.brejas.com.br?

Thanks

The problem seems to be on the Simplistic theme from EB5
changing to another theme will fix the problem.

Hey Ricardo,

I would personally prefer that you start a new thread instead and provide us with this site http://www.brejas.com.br Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this issue?
