Hello there

Can we expect your built in paid subscription solution with ES 1.3? I wonder if you can include multiple users subscription as well beside individual subscription. I mean, there will be individual subscription and multiple users package (Let's say 20 users). Companies will want to buy this package. Is it possible?

Best regards,

zafer
Hello Zafer,

I am not really sure if we actually have the time to add this because the underlying structure behind a PROPER subscription model is really complex and it takes a lot of strength and stamina to actually plan this out properly.

Anyone recommend the best 3rd party subscription extension to use with Easy Social?

Hello Dallas,

You could try Payplans or probably wait for 1.4

1.4? Wahoo!!! I would pay two extra ES subscriptions just for this feature alone if it was included by ES 1.4. After events, this feature is on my Big Board of requirements for the site I'm building and I do not want to use a 3rd party solution.

If you are taking ideas now (Zafer read my mind):
1) Memberships to different profile types.
--->Ability to define free membership profile type and paid profile types and their price terms.
--->When membership expires user is placed back in free profile type.
--->Ability to spend points toward membership payment.
2) Package user accounts with paid profile types that organizations can buy.
3) Package "tickets" or "passes" group owners/members can buy when creating an event from the group page.
--->The number of tickets group owner buys is the limit to number of event attendees.
--->If event creator wants to specify attendees, he choose invite only (invites) or closed (approves). Otherwise creates open event on first come, first serve basis.
4) Give option to all profile types to purchase points anytime from their profile since points can be used as a form of membership currency.
--->New points rules
--->a. Rule when user joins a group
--->b. Rule when user leaves a group
--->c. Rule when user joins an event
--->d. Rule when user leaves an event

Yeah, we haven't really started the plans for 1.4 yet but we have a rough idea of what we'll be working on

While I admit that this isn't on top of my priority list, as I am subscribed to PayPlans... I gotta say, PayPlans is overwhelming, I enter the backend and I don't know where to start lol... so I would love a Stackideas solution!
