Is this issue happen every time a user get registered on your site? If i recall correctly, we actually fixed this issue in latest version of EasySocial. May i know what version of EasySocial you are currently running?

Also note that issues that happen some of the time are not always a coincidence, but rather a very subtle detail that most of us would miss. For example screen size breaking a uploader. Who would have guessed? The more clues you can provide, the more likely the issue is to be resolved. I treat web stuff similar to criminal detective work, the shreds of evidence mean a lot.
