That's strange, Because I have tried to reproduce on this issues in my local using the Joomla default breadcrumbs, but it's work fine. (I viewing the subcategories)

I have 3 items in joomla menu (general) : Home, Categories, Tags
and category tree with many items....
I need breadcrumb worked in this configuration... Without creating menu items in joomla menu (with each category)...
Without duplicate on creating new category in EasyDiscuss... (in "joomla menu" and in "easy discuss category tree")...
How to implement it?

Looking at the source code, the breadcrumbs would automatically populate the category and it's nested level to the discussion items. If you have a category structure like this,

Cat A
| _ Cat B
|_ Cat C

And if the post is posted in Cat C, it should display the breadcrumbs as

Cat A > Cat B > Cat C > Your post title.

I am not sure what / how it's displaying for you now because you did not provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site to check on this.
