I can't figure out why, when you click on "bloggers" in the toolbar, do the bloggers show up in random order. More importantly, not all the bloggers show up each time (perhaps because when you go to page 2, they are scrambled again... How do I get it so a complete list of bloggers shows up on one page in alphabetical order?
Hello Jerry,

Please replace the attached file in: ../components/com_easyblog/views/blogger/view.html.php and see how it goes. As for the missing bloggers, did you have this option turned on http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-06_0142.png in Backend>Easyblog>Settings>Workflow>General ? Because this option will only show bloggers with post.

Hey Nick,

Thanks for your quick reply. I didn't want to have the "only show bloggers with posts" turned off. It's not that bloggers aren't showing up at all, they just always show up in a random order, and I think because of the "randomness", when you click to the second page (only 5 are shown on a page) the next "random" list may not include a blogger that wasn't on the first page either. The results keep changing.

Also I'm sorry if I missed something but I don't see the attachment. Perhaps that will fix the issue. I would like to have all bloggers show up on one page (not just 5 -- I guess that's determined by the number of posts/page?).

thanks in advance for your help

Actually since you told me what file to look at, I was able to replace a line of code from 'featured' to 'alphabet' and that fixed it. just know that if you stick with 'featured' bloggers can magically appear and disappear.

thanks for great help! much appreciated

Ug -- my client wasn't thrilled with the results on the "bloggers" page since the alphabetizing is by first name and not last name (which I understand). So now we want to use "latest post" to sort the list of bloggers, but I am running into the same issue as in my initial post -- that is, the pagination defaults to the same number of items as is set with blog posts (in my case 5). Doing this "scrambles" the bloggers when you go to the second page... and bloggers can be left off the list (they disappear). Is there a way to override the pagination on this page to have all of the bloggers show up on one page? In other words, eliminate the pagination on the bloggers template, but not elsewhere

Hello Jerry,

Can you provide us your backend and FTP so we can try to apply the hack directly to your environment? Now, the conclusion is you want to show all bloggers without pagination?
