Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Hello Arlex,

Thanks for providing me with those screenshots. If all of those are completed would there be any reason for the subscriptions not be sent via email. I am having that issue and wanted to know if you ever encounter that before?

Thanks
Amber

Hey Amber,

Do you mean the confirmation subscription email or that person already subscribed in your site, but when the new post published, that person unable to get the email notification?

If yes, you have to check following a few things and see is it help?

1. Try create a post from your site, then check your email activity and see is it that person email still under pending, you can check it from backend > Easyblog > email activity
2. Have you have setup cronjob in your server yet?

Hello Arlex,

I have checked the email activities are it is labelled that nothing is being sent out. I have reviewed my cron job set up based on your documentation. http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/cronjobs/cronjobs-cpanel

http://prntscr.com/c33ocj
http://prntscr.com/c33pne

Is this the incorrect set up?
Please let me know

Thanks so much

Hey Amber,

Try put this following cron command and see how it goes ?

/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://pcsknox.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron"

If the email still unable to send out, try put your email address into your Cronjob configuration page under cronmail section. After you wait for 5 minute, then check your mailbox and see what is your server response.
