Hello,

When I auto post a blog entry to facebook the image in the post never appears beside the post snippet. It only shows a default pencil icon. How can this be amended to show the post image.

Thanks,
JohnO
Hello JohnO,

It appears that when we test your provided link in facebook debugger we found that there may be some errors in your page as shown in this screenshot
( http://screencast.com/t/0lHdANYK ) .

Can you please provide your back end access, FTP & your facebook access in order for us to rectify the problem ? Please advice

Regards

Hello Kheng Wei,

I cannot provide ftp access or facebook access. Can you please specify what edits need to be made (Files, code snippets, config options) in facebook or easyblog to amend this issue.

Thanks,
JohnO

Hello JohnO,

Sorry but we need your joomla backend access & your FTP access in order to debug your autopost problem because without the access its hard for us to know what sort of problem you have encountered. But for facebook access you do not need to provide us. Thanks

Not possible as there is too much confidential information exposed by providing such details.

Is this a bug in easyblog? I can send you a zipped file of the component.

Thanks,
JohnO

Hi John,

Without the access to your site, we basically cant tell whether is a bug from EasyBlog or something else causing the issue. By the way, we cant replicate this issue from our end. So I appreciate if you can provide us your Joomla backend access and your ftp account so that we can investigate your issue further. Or maybe you can setup another testing server by mirroring your live site into this test site so that we can access remotely and to debug your issue?

Please advise.

Hope this help and have a nice day
Sam
