Steps to reproduce :
1. Open the sandbox link of community portal I. e http://sandbox-community.ekstep.org/.
2. Click on Blogs.
3. Observe the hit count of already created blog and then click on it.
4. Click on Blogs tab and navigate to blogs section.
5. Check out the hit count of that blog increases by 2.

Actual Result :
Blog hits count increases by 2 instead of 1.

Expected Result :
Blog hit count should increase appropriately.
Hi Himangi,
Are you having this issue in both your test sites and also your production site?
Can you provide me your backend and ftp access for the site that has this issue so I can help you check this further?

Hi Himangi,
It seems that we are still unable to access the ftp for https://dev-community.ekstep.in/
Can you recheck the ftp access and make sure its accessible so we can perform any necessary debugging? Thanks.

Another question, did you enable any cache system from your server?

Hi Raymond,

Please check my comment with the access details. I have rechecked both admin admin and ftp details and they are working.

As for the cache, I am not sure if anything that can affect EB is enabled.. And I can reproduce the issue on local machine as well, so definitely not related to cache.

hey Himangi,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It seems like this Disqus comment system causing the issue, can you try temporary switch off this comment system and use back Easyblog build-in comment system is it work fine?

By the way, I still investigate on this because it just render the Disqus comment system on the blog entry page, by right it shouldn't trigger other function of it.

Could you please specify where this file should be placed?
Have you done this change on the dev site had provided? If yes, request you to check another issue.. I have created a new blog on the site, named 'New Post For Hits'. For this blog the hit count changed by 1, as expected, however no it is not changing further after 1.. In fact any blog that is already visited by logged in user ones and viewing it again, the hit dont increment.

Thanks!
