Blog FrontPage hit count more than full blog post hit count

Hello!

When I look at the frontpage display, in my listing of 5 blog posts, the hit count for the first one is 215. When I click "continue reading" or the title to read the full post, the hit count posted there is 203.

Why the difference?

I've checked the blog post. When I view the frontpage, the hit is 222. Then I click on the blog post, it become 223. Seems normal to me. Did missed anything? Or maybe it is a cache issue.
