Blog Format for e-mail is really letting us down!

Love Easyblog and have used it for years but currently any new blog that gets sent a subscriber looks horrible (and is really hurting the end result). In both desktop and mobile version the full blog is delivered even when we have a read more statement in it... (that is the biggest issue)...

Then there is just the format itself - I have attached both desktop and mobile to show - we need to resolve this issue - we are heavily promoting blog subscription but we cannot deliver subpar formats...
