Hi, when I try to sign in with my LinkedIn® account to grant the application access, easyblog show me a blank page without particular error.

I have created an app on linkedin and i have granted following parameter:
rw_nus - r_network - r_basicprofile

Can you help me?
Thanks, Roberto
Hello Roberto,

Check my instruction below :
Step 1 : Go to your LInkedin Apps check this few thing.

Step 2 : Go to your phpmyadmin > find this table "#_easyblog_oauth" > then you will see this linkedin row > so you have to delete it

Then go to your Easyblog Linkedin autopost setting > Click Sign in with Linkedin
Step 3 : Do a test post and see is it working?

If you have encounter issue, perhaps you can provide us with backend access, FTP access and your LinkedIn login credential so that we can assist you solving this issue. Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi I try to follow your instructions, but not exist record on "#_easyblog_oauth" table in my database.
In this table I have 2 records.
Record 1: there is not fields with values, seems a blank record (it's right that exist?)
Record2: twitter grant (that works fine)

When I click on button sign in with linkedin the blank page have this address:
http://www.mydomain/index.php?option=com_easyblog&c=autoposting&task=request&type=linkedin&return=form

Thanks, Rob

Hello Mohdyasseribz, for internal policy I can't provide you website ftp access and linkedin credential.
I can only organize with you a meeting session so you can see and verify configuration.

But I ask you a specification: it's right that in the "#_easyblog_oauth" table exist an empty record?
Regards, Roberto

Hello Roberto,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Hmm, actually we are hard to tell you what is the issues causing this blank page without access

But you can try a few step to help us investigate on this :
1. Enable the error_reporting from your backend > System > global configuration > server > error_reporting - Maximum
2. if no any exist Linkedin record on "#_easyblog_oauth" table, so you can ignore it.
3. provide us with your Linkedin apps configuration setting screenshot
