Badge sort order - follow-up

I have a follow-up question on this thread: http://stackideas.com/forums/badge-sort-order. For some reason the discussion is locked and I can't reply, so I opened this new thread.

Question: Was the code you provided for the front end? (that is what I'm looking for). I made the change but it didn't effect anything on the front end... and the model file reference looks like it's for the admin end.
