Backup issues

Hi

Im unable to back up my site using Akeeba as it gives the error message as shown attached - please could you help me with this? not sure how best to update the php version in order to run the backup tool which i tried to do already.
Hi Nick Russell,

I think this is more of "Akeeba" question rather than EasyBlog . Can you consult this issue with Akeeba?

ok but it looks to be a php version issue than specifically an akeeba issue, how do i resolve that error message?
