Hi there!

When posting a blog in frontend and set a publishing date in future, then (when reached publishing date) autopost to Facebook and Twitter ist not working. Same procedure from backend - everything is fine.

When publishing the blog from the fronted immediatly - autopost is even functionally.

I´ve installed the latest version 3.9.22134; in the version 3.9.19335 the feature worked ... after upgrading no more ...

Any idea where the problem could be?

Kind regards
Martin Strobl

Hello Martin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Martin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Please set the user "mark" with super administrator privileges as I would need to run some SQL queries on the site using a debug tool.

Also, please provide us with both the Twitter and Facebook login credentials as well.

Hi Mark,

i see you are working on my problem. Please remember that my problem is only coming with schedule posts from the frontend. Scheduled blogs from the backend working fine.

Greetings
Martin

Hello Martin,

It's actually a bug on our end as we were fixing the auto posting for scheduled posts in the earlier versions as some users wanted to choose specific social sites rather than having it to auto post to all social sites. This wasn't possible in the prior releases but we fixed this at the back end and did not noticed the front end Hence, it worked on the back end but not the front end.
