Hi support,

I have a problem with the automatic facebook sharing when a blogger is posting a blog. It some how doesn't seem to connect and seems to ask for a facebook app id etc.

However when when i refresh the blogger page in the back-end, it says that it is connected, but then afterwards it doesn't work.

I thought it should connect automatically. I hope you can fix it

The site is called: http://www.centuryoftalent.nl/

Could you take a look at it?
Hello Joren,

I have checked your site and it seems like you haven't authenticate yet the Facebook access. You will need to sign in with your Facebook account first and grant the application access in order to autoposting to Facebook. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/nJaMmya48mWa . By the way, if this doesn't resolve your issue, perhaps you can provide us with your Facebook account access so that we can have a look on your Facebook Apps.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi Modh Yasser,

Thank you so much for your help. I was one step further. One thing is working now: automatic publishing of blog on our own facebook page. However the automatic facebook sharing for bloggers isn't working yet.

Can you help me?

Hello Joren,

Hm, not really sure if I am understanding you correctly here but do you mean you want to associate another Facebook account with your blogger?

If so, please provide us with:

1. The blogger's username / password
2. The blogger's Facebook account.

Hi,

I wanted to things:

1. That blogs that get published will be published automatically on our facebook account. (fixed)
2. That a blogger can set up auto publishing on his own private facebook account (not fixed)

I hope you understand it now

Hello Violaxfz,

Have you tried the method that colleague mentioned above?

By the way, it looks like your account isn’t tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?
