Auto posting with linked-in and twitter

hello support, when I try and authorize both linkedin and twitter for auto posting.

with the option 'You will need to login with your Twitter account now and grant authorization for the application. '

I get a similar error for both of them: (this one is from linkedin)
'Layout linkedin_step0 not found'

any help would be very kind.
