AUP Rules And Komento
Resolved

I'm doing a test with komento free. I downloaded the AUP plugin, but it is not installing. I have installed AUP component. I've tried all ways, even by ftp.
It does not work with free komento? I need to buy the PRO version? Is it?

    Hello Jehan,

Have you install the Alpha User Point component? The zip you have downloaded is not the installation file. You have to unzip it and install those XML files here: http://screencast.com/t/w6uWaGsNbZ . Hope this helps. :)
    Best regards,
    Nick

    First thanks for listening.
Yes I am doing this by installing the correct way. But I find it very strange ... dont exist php files. There is only xml inside the zip aup_rules_komento.
Are you sure this is correct zip?
I do not see how this could really work.

    Hello Jehan,

I'm sorry for the confusion earlier. Yes, it a XML file. You have to install those XML files here: http://screencast.com/t/w6uWaGsNbZ . Backend>AlphaUserPoints>Rules>Plugin. :)
    Best regards,
    Nick

So the error must be in the AUP component. I'll try to solve them. Thank you.

    Hello Julien,

I'm sorry. Can you create a new forum post for your issue with your access details (Backend and FTP) so that we can troubleshoot it for you? :)
    Best regards,
