We purchased the Professional version of Komento but attachments can see only the registered persons; attachments need to see all the people that are on the website, not just those who are registered. Our site is on a Linux dedicated server and FTP access is through a special key (ppk file) and connection process is a bit complicated ... How can we collaborate? your help is really urgent. Have you give permission to other user groups to download the attachment here: http://screencast.com/t/yoQP7PC0ogi ? In Komento>ACL. If you have already did that, can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here?

Is it possible that users can play video and audio attached within the same interface Komento, in the same way that functions linkear a Youtube video? Or do you always need to have to be downloaded to PC for file attachments?

We are sorry but it is not possible to display the attachment file like what we did for youtube link. This is because the attachment means only upload and download.
