Attachments lost in easydiscuss

i restored via mysql dump. but the attachmentost were lost.. i checked the original files from my backup and re-uploaded them to the attachment folder in "root/media/com_easydiscuss/attachments". but still the images and thumbnails do not show up.

Kindly guide me in this regard. Thanks
Hello Nubuwat,

I had fix 2 of your attachments, it seems that the attachment files in /media/com_easydiscuss/attachments is not following the path format by easydiscuss.
You will have to rename all the attachment files according to the path stated in your database nr2af_discuss_attachments.

for example:
A'ina-Kamalat-Islam-Ruhani-Khazain-Volume-5-Page-548.gif

to the path name without the file extension ie remove the .gif:
85eada5040ce9b616a3474bb218440a9

and for the thumb nail would be the same path but with a prefix of _thumb also without file extantion:
85eada5040ce9b616a3474bb218440a9_thumb

Can you please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site?
We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly?

Hello Nubuwat,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a Christmas day for us here.
I have tried to access in your backend, but it seems like this user "stackidea" not much privilege to view your page from your backend (and Extension Manager), because i hitting this error " You are not authorised to view this resource. "Can you please set the user stackidea with super administrator privilege? I need to install a database manager on your Joomla site to run some sql query and see the attachment file is it save in your database?

Also, I have tried to access with your FTP, but i getting this error :
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Please advise.
